Corrective actions are initiated in case of deviation from the targets set for performance indicators.
  • Monitoring / measurements / verifications to be made at the relevant stages of production activities are defined in the procedures. We have a standard complaint handling process where complaints are received, evaluated and investigated with feedback from customers. In addition, our processes regarding how the data of the products are taken after they are released to the market, how they are monitored and how the trend is determined are also defined. The outputs of these post-market processes are fed by corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
