Breathing systems, infusion systems and infection prevention products are produced in Meditera factories. The products produced by our factory are offered to the use of the health sector in many countries of the world, thanks to the 80 countries we export to.

Breathing Systems

Breathing circuits used between the patient and mechanical ventilators in patients who are mechanically ventilated in anesthesia and intensive care units, and accessories used with these circuits are within our field of production of breathing systems. Breathing circuits, catheter mounts, heat and moisture exchangers, bacterial-viral filters and gas sampling lines constitute the main product groups, and we have a wide product portfolio shaped by the needs of clinics and clinician. Our production activities and capacity meet a wide range of products to meet the different needs of the users.
Breathing systems product group is used in operating rooms and intensive care units of hospitals. We provide services to the healthcare industry in Turkey and globally with patented designs to prevent infection as well as conventional products in these product categories.
 
Infusion Systems

Intravenous (intravenous) drugs and fluids are defined as “I.V. medicine" and delivery of these drugs is defined as "infusion". I.V. Infusion sets are used to deliver the drug from an infusion bag or infusion bottle intravenously. Sensitive fluids are delivered with electronic infusion pump sets.
Infusion systems consist of infusion pump sets, extension lines, drug transfer sets product groups. Under these product groups, there is a wide range of products that address the different needs of clinics and clinicians.
Infusion systems product line can be used in home care and all health institutions where I.V. medication is applied.

Infection Prevention Products

Nosocomial infections are defined as infections that are not in the incubation period when admitted to the hospital and develop after 48-72 hours after hospitalization or occur within 10 days after discharge in a patient hospitalized for various reasons. Nosocomial infections, which are currently defined as healthcare associated infections (HAI), are infections that develop directly or indirectly due to healthcare service. Nosocomial infections cause prolonged hospital stay and increased healthcare costs.
In our group of anti-infectious products, there are antiseptic solutions and soaps, biocidal licensed products including surgical scrub brush and barrier cream.
